Judgment :- (Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 13.2.2004 passed in Writ Petition No.11685 of 1996.) Markandey Katju, C.J. This writ appeal has been filed against the impugned order of the learned single Judge dated 13.2.2004 passed in Writ Petition No.11685 of 1996. 2. The petitioner/appellant filed the writ petition challenging the order dated 19.2.1992 of the Additional Registrar of Trade Unions cancelling his certificate for registration. Against that order, there is a provision for appeal under Section 11 of the Trade Unions Act (hereinafter referred to as the `Act'). Hence the writ petition deserves to be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy and was rightly dismissed. 3. If the appellant files an appeal under Section 11 of the Act within three weeks from today the same will be entertained without raising any objection as to limitation and shall be decided preferably within two months thereafter in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned. With this observation, the writ appeal is disposed off. No costs. W.A.M.P.Nos.2220 and 2970 of 2005 are closed.
