Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. 2. This writ appeal has been filed against the impugned order of the learned single Judge dated 19.7.2005 passed in Writ Petition No.22976 of 2005. 3. A perusal of the order dated 23.12.2004 shows that there are very serious charges against the appellant/petitioner. It is alleged that he has misappropriated the food meant for the students at the nutrition centre. We have no sympathy for such a person. At any event, the petitioner is only under suspension, and hence we direct that the enquiry against him be completed expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the enquiry officer. With this observation, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
