Judgment R.P. Vyas, J.-Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the instant petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court dated 06.04.2005 rendered in D.B. Civil Special Appeal No. 258/2004 [Ms. Altaf Bano vs. State of Rajasthan, 2005 (4) RDD 884 ], wherein this Court has observed that Adib Mahir is equivalent to Intermediate i.e. Sr. Secondary and Adib Kamil is equivalent to graduation. 2. Similar view has been taken by this Court in the case of Abdul Zabar Quadri vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., 2005 (5) RDD 1425 , S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1380/2004 decided on 02.05.2005. 3. Learned Counsel for the respondents has not controverted this fact. 4. For the reasons mentioned above, the instant petition is allowed in terms of observation made by this Court in the case of Ms. Altaf Bano (Supra) and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Teacher Gr. III - Urdu (Minority Language) in pursuance of advertisement dated 011.2000 (Annexure-5) strictly in accordance with law. If the petitioner is found otherwise eligible, she will be given appointment with all consequential benefits within a period of three months. No order as to costs.
