JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material made available for perusal at the time of arguments. 2. Counsel for petitioner submitted that the contraband item "Ganja' weighing 480 gm. seized is less than the small quantity prescribed under the statue and investigation is complete and no other case is pending. This fact is not disputed by learned Public Prosecutor after going through the record/case diary. 3. After considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits, I consider it proper to release the accused-petitioner Pradeep S/o Shri Ram Singh, resident of Ward No. 6, Tehsil Behror District Alwar on bail u/s. 439 Cr.PC. in FIR No. 185/2005 Police Station Behror, District Alwar registered u/s. 8/20 of NDPS Act provided, he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- together with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for his appearance before that court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.Bail allowed on usual conditions. *******
