body2005
ORDER : R.C. Lahoti, CJI., S.B. Sinha, S.H. Kapadia, JJ. Having heard the petitioner appearing in person and the learned counsel for the respondents and having pursued the judgment of the High Court and the order of this Court which is sought to be reviewed, we are satisfied that all the questions of law which arise for consideration and on which the judgment of the High Court proceeds have not been dealt with and disposed of by the order of this Court sought to be reviewed. In our opinion, the questions of law arising for decision have far-reaching implications and need to be noticed and considered by this Court. 2. The order under review is recalled excepting on the question of certification of the film. The appeals shall stand restored to their original numbers and be posted for hearing at an early date. Formal notice in the appeals to the parties is waived by the petitioner appearing in-person and the learned counsel for the respondents present in the Court. 3. The review petitions stand disposed of. Review petition disposed of.
