JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the accused petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the papers made available to me during the course of arguments. 2. The petitioners have filed this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for transatory bail for 15 days in FIR No. 115/2005 registered at Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad (U.P) for offence under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have apprehension of their arrest in the State of Rajasthan in the aforesaid FIR, therefore, till they approach the competent court in the State of U.P. For their bail, an interim bail order in the nature of transitory bail may be passed in their favour. Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to the judgment of the Court reported in WLC 2003 (Raj.) UC page 258 and another judgment passed by this Court in the Case of Jyoti Sharma v. State of Rajasthan. S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 2686/2005 decided on 30.5.2005 . 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has no objection to the grant of transitory bail to the petitioners for 15 days. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions made it the bar and keeping in view the principles of law laid down in the above referred cases and looking to the nature of the allegations against the petitioners, it appears to be a fit case for grant of transitory bail to the petitioners for a period of 15 days from today. 6. Accordingly, this transitory bail application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners namely, Harvindar Singh, Sardar Singh and Virendra Singh by the concerned SHO/10 in FIR No. 115/05 they shall be released on bail for a period of 15 days i.e. up to 10th July, 2005 on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one surety of the like amount to his satisfaction. It is made clear that the life of this order is only up to 10th July, 2005 and thereafter it shall stands cancelled automatically. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one surety of the like amount to his satisfaction.
