ORDER : 1. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that certain points which were really germane to the subject matter in dispute before the High Court, had not been placed for its consideration. It is stated that an appropriate application shall be filed before the High Court for permission to urge those points. If it is done, the High Court shall deal with the matter in its proper perspective and in accordance with law about which we express no opinion. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
