ORDER : S.N. Variava, J. In these appeals strong reliance is being placed upon G.M., Telecom v. A. Srinivasa Rao (1997) 8 SCC 767 . In this case relying upon Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board v. A. Rajappa (1978) 2 SCC 213 the case of Bombay Telephone Canteen Employees' Assn. v. Union of India (1997) 6 SCC 723 has been overruled. The judgment in Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board case2 has been referred to a larger Bench in State of U.P. v. Jai Bir Singh (2005) 5 SCC 1 . In our view these appeals must, therefore, await the decision of the larger Bench. To be placed on board after a decision in State of U.P. v. Jai Bir Singh (2005) 5 SCC 1 is delivered. Court Masters
