ORDER 1. Heard parties. 2. As at the instance of the respondents. Case No. 342 of 1995 had already been transferred to the District Judge, Delhi, we direct that the application under Section 127 of the Criminal Procedure Code dated 30-4-2003 titled Sonu. (Minor) v. Neeraj Kumar pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate. First Class, Faridkot be also transferred to the District Judge. Delhi who shall hear it himself or post it before the competent court. We direct that Case No. 342 of 1995 and the application now being transferred shall be taken up on the same day by both the courts one in the morning and one in the afternoon. 3. The transfer petition is accordingly allowed.
