ORDER : 1. Counsel for the State of Maharashtra submits that there was a settlement between the Maharashtra State Electricity Board and the successors-in-interest of the 6th and 7th Respondents and all disputes have been covered under that and the State of Maharashtra representing the Electricity Board and the Maharashtra Power Corporation will be filing an affidavit to that effect. It is further submitted that many of the disputes raised by the petitioners would become infructuous. In view of these changed circumstances, the matter is adjourned by four weeks. Meanwhile, the State of Maharashtra shall file its affidavit indicating the settlement and shall furnish copy to the counsel for the petitioner.
