ORDER : B.P. Singh, J. We have heard counsel for the parties. 2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are satisfied that this transfer petition should be allowed. 3. The petitioner is residing at Hyderabad and even the respondent belongs to Hyderabad though presently working in NOIDA for the last 7 years. The petitioner has no help available to her except her old father and it is difficult for her to attend the proceedings at NOIDA. In the circumstances, this transfer petition is allowed and Divorce Petition No. 65 of 2004 pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Gautambudha Nagar, NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh titled Rahul Dev v. Anju Agarwal is transferred to the Family Court, Hyderabad. 4. The Civil Judge, Senior Division at Gautambudha Nagar, NOIDA shall immediately transmit the record of the case to the Family Court, Hyderabad. 5. The transfer petition is accordingly allowed. Transfer Petition allowed.
