ORDER : I.A. No.167 in Writ Petition (C) No.460 of 2004: 1. Mr. G.E. Vahanvati, learned Solicitor General, points out that large number of responses to the draft notification dated 15th September, 2005, have been received and finalisation thereof is likely to take about eight weeks. 2. Regarding the submissions made by Mr. Raj Panjwani, learned counsel, against the notification dated 4th July, 2005, particularly in regard to Item No.20 relating to mining. The learned Solicitor General prays for further time to file reply. Let the same be filed within four weeks. I.A. No.168 in Writ Petition (C) No.460 of 2004: 3. The learned Solicitor General seeks and is granted four weeks' time to file reply to the application. The status report on sixty four non-coal mining units has been filed in court by the learned Solicitor General. Let it be taken on record. As prayed, State of Goa is granted four weeks' time to file additional affidavit. 4. List the petitions in the last week of January, 2006.
