JUDGMENT : 1. Heard both sides. 2. Leave granted. The appellant has been found guilty by the Sessions Court and as sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 7 years. The appellant has filed an appeal before the High Court against this order but the High Court declined to suspend the sentence. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal has been filed. We are told that the appellant has already undergone imprisonment for a period of one year. Pending appeal, the appellant is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for sum of Rs. 2,500/- with two sureties of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Session Judge, Jaipur.
