JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the impugned order dated 10.6.2005 by which the application for premature release has been rejected. 2. Earlier also the petitioner filed a writ petition before this Court and vide order dated 11.5.2005, this Court directed the MACT, Sikar to consider the application for premature release and after verifying the fact that marriage of petitioner's daughter is going to take place on 23.5. 2005, shall pass the order for premature release. The fact of marriage on 23.5.2005 has been verified by the MACT, but the MACT, Sikar vide order dated 10.6.2005 rejected the application for premature release. 3. Having considered the aspect the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is already solemnised on 28.5.2005 and to meet out the expenses incurred,the petitioners required premature releases of the amount out of fixed deposit, I deem it proper to direct the MACT, Sikar to pass the order for release of Rs.45,000/- out of the fixed deposit made in favour of the petitioners.With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.Writ petition disposed of as above. *******
