ORDER 1. Heard Senior Counsel on either side as well as the learned Solicitor General for India. 2. The petitioner, by way of these petitions, seeks clarification/ modification of the order passed by this Court on 26 - 10 - 20051, which is to the following effect: "It is clarified that neither due to fact of pendency of these writ petitions nor by any order is there any restraint on the Chief Justice, who has recently taken charge, from reconsidering who is to be posted for hearing of the concerned fodder scam case, if he is so inclined to do." We make it clear that this may not be taken as a direction passed by this Court. 3. The Registrar General of the Patna High Court is present today. 4. The Registrar General has submitted the report as directed by this Court vide the above order. The records be retained by the Registrar General! C Registrar of this Court. The Registry may permit the lawyers on both sides to peruse the report submitted by the Registrar of the High Court. 5. Post in the second week of January 2006 .
