During the arguments, it is brought to our notice that there is a dispute of ownership of the property in question and the suit has been filed, which is still pending before the ADJ No. 4 Jaipur City, Jaipur. 3. When the title suit is pending before the trial Court, we see no justification to issue any direction or decide any issue regarding title, in writ jurisdiction. 4. However, so far the Seva Pooja in the temple is concerned, even respondents have accepted that it is Sarvajanik temple and if any person comes and performs the pooja, they will not restrict him. 5. Considering these submissions, the respondents are directed that if any person wants to perform the pooja in the temple, they should not disturb him in any way. So far name of Mishra Bhawan written on the building is concerned, if that name has been written after filing of the suit, the trial Court should look into this aspect and restrain the respondents not to alter or change the building in any manner. 6.
