Honble MEENA, ACJ.–By this writ petition in the nature of public interest litigation it is brought to the notice of the Court that the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 be directed to stop the illegal activities of the respondent No. 5 and seize and close the factory of respondent No. 5 running in the forest area. (2). In reply, the Government has stated that Notice under Section 91 of the Land Revenue Act, 1956, has been served on respondent why he should not be evicted from the government land/forest area. Thereafter the respondent No. 5 filed an appeal before the Collector under Section 75 of the Act and the proceedings of 91 have been stayed by the Collector. (3). On these facts, counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer that the Collector be directed to dispose of his appeal within three months. Mr. Bharat Vyas has no objection, if direction is given to this effect. (4). Considering the submissions, we direct the Collector, Sikar, to decide the concerned appeal within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (5). Petition stands disposed of with these directions. (6). Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to Collector, Sikar.
