I have heard Mr. S.Lakhikanta Singh,learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant and Smt. Ch.Bidyamani Devi,learned P.P. appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. In respect of the prayer of the petitioner/applicant, namely, Sapam Keba Singh, for pre arrest bail in his favour in respect of the FIR case No.12(10)2004 UKL P.S. u/s 409/120-B and 34 I.P.C. I have also perused the relevant Case diary produced by the learned Addl. P.P. 3. Having regards to the facts and circumstances under which the case was registered, the nature of the allegations, the materials so far gathered during the investigation and also to all other relevant considerations, I do not find any sufficient ground as to why the prayer should not be allowed. Accordingly, prayer is allowed and the interim order passed by this Court on 29.11.2004 in favour of the petitioner is hereby made absolute till submission of the F.F. in respect of the said case. 4. It is reminded that the accused/petitioner shall have to undertake that he will appear before the concerned I.O. of the case as and when directed in connection with the investigation of the case and that he will not do anything prejudicial to the investigation of the case. 5. This Bail application stands disposed of.
