body2005
ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. In this case conviction under Section 326 IPC has been recorded and the appellants were sentenced to three years imprisonment. 3. An appeal has been filed against the conviction and sentence. Pending appeal, the second bail application filed by the appellants has been rejected by the impugned order of the High Court. 4. We are informed that the appellants have been in jail for about one year and there is no likelihood of the appeal being heard in the near future. In the circumstances, we consider it just and proper to release the appellants on bail pending the appeal on the condition that each of the appellants shall execute a personal bond for Rs 10,000 and also furnish a surety bond for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, District Thane. 5. Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
