ORDER In this petition by our orders dated 3-2-2005 and 7-2-2005 we had directed Dr. Sudesh Jale to be counselled under the supervision of Ms Sreerupa Mitra Chaudhury and we had also directed the Haryana Police and Delhi Police to give the necessary police protection until further orders. We direct that this counselling shall be continued and said police protection whatever shall also continue till further orders. The next date of hearing will be notified in due course. It is made clear that neither the parents, relatives of Dr. Sudesh Jale nor husband would make any attempt to communicate or contact Dr. Sudesh Jale without prior permission of this Court.
