JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The defendant petitioner Babu Lal filed an application before the trial court that the disputed document is 'Bond' and not sufficiently stamped, therefore, the same may be sent to D.I.G. (Stamps) for determination of the stamp duty. 3. Vide impugned order dated 30.8.2003, the trial court sent the said document to D.I.G. (Stamps) for determination of stamp duty on the said document as agreement. 4. Now the submission of the petitioner defendant Babu Lal is that the said document is bond and the Court has wrongly held the same as an agreement. Neither any review application was filed against the order dated 30.8.2003 nor any objection was raised before the D.I.G. 'Stamps) who passed the order on 16.1.2004 taking the said document as stamped. 5. The petitioner has submitted that there is a provision for revision under Section 56 of the Stamps Act against the order of D.I.G. (Stamps). 6. The petitioner may file revision against the said order of D.I.G. (Stamps) as per Section 56 and it is expected from the revisional authority to decide the same in accordance with law.With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.Writ petition disposed of as above. *******
