JUDGMENT 1. - That by this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the impugned order dated 3.9.2005 passed by Tehsildar, Karauli, under Section 91 of the Land Revenue Act (for short the 'Act'). 2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and am of the view that the order under Section 91 of the Act is appealable but no such remedy of appeal has been availed. 3. In case any appeal is filed before the competent authority, it is expected that the competent authority will pass the appropriate order on the application of stay. 4. The respondents are directed to maintain status-quo for a period of ten days.The writ petition stands disposed of.Writ petition disposed of as above. *******
