Judgment Kiran Anand Lall, J. 1. It is not disputed that quantity of Smack alleged to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner does not fall with the category of commercial quantity. 2. Petitioner is in judicial custody and challan has also been filed in Court. 3. Bail allowed to the petitioner to the satisfaction of concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate.
