JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. This revision petition has been filed against the order of revision filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. and the Court is of the opinion that the objections which has been raised in the application be taken is written statement. 3. No illegality is seen in dismissing the petitioner's application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. by the trial Court. It would be the right of the petitioner to raise all the grounds taken in the application to be taken in written statement. If any preliminary points is made out, the trial Court will frame the preliminary issue and by the same as such. 4. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.Revision disposed of. *******
