JUDGMENT 1. - Learned Govt. Advocate seeks time to file reply. The request is declined. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that investigation of FIR No. 63/2005 registered at Police Station Shri Mahaveerji, District Karuali for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 450, 302 IPC read with Section 3/25 of Arms Act, may be transferred to the CID, CB from the local police. 3. This Court is not inclined to interfere in such matters. It is for the respondents to consider the same to provide fair and independent investigation. To this effect, the petitioner has already submitted a representation. It is expected from the respondents to decide the representation expeditiously. If it is found that case of the petitioner is genuine and requires transfer of investigation, in this regard necessary orders be passed. If any grievance remains pending, the petitioner is at liberty to redress his cause. Prior consideration of representation, the respondents are restrained from filing the challan.With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.Writ Petition disposed of as above. *******
