JUDGMENT 1. - It is submitted by the iearned counsel that the marriage of the sister of the accused-Appellant is to take place on 15.12.2005 and, therefore, the accused-Appellant be released on interim bail. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the application. 3. In view of the fact that the marriage of the sister of the accused-Appellant is going to take place on 15.12.2005, I am inclined to allow the instant application for interim bail. 4. It is, therefore, ordered that accused-Appellant Chintu @ Om Prakash S/o Shri Champa Lal be released on interim bail from today to 19.12.2005 provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. fifty thousand only) with two sound sureties of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation that he shall surrender himself before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Ajmer on 20.12.2005.A copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Ajmer with the direction to submit his report about the surrender of the accused-Appellant. *******
