ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. In view of the interim order passed by the High Court the eviction proceedings initiated by the appellants were stayed on the ground that there are title suits between the same parties. We vacate the stay of proceeding g granted by the High Court of the eviction suit and the proceeding may continue. In case of a threat of immediate eviction from the premises and still the title suits are pending, the aggrieved party may seek appropriate relief at that stage. Without prejudice to such rights, the appeal is disposed of.
