Judgment S.K. Keshote, J.-Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and perused the entire record of the writ petition. 2. In the matter before approaching to the Court, the petitioners are expected to make a demand of justice. Learned Counsel for the petitioners admitted that the petitioners should have sent a notice for demand of justice in the matter before approaching to the Court. 3. Thus, this writ petition is dismissed at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to submit a detailed notice for demand of justice for their grievances made in the petition to the RPSC Ajmer. The RPSC Ajmer to decide the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt thereof . In case, the grievances made by the petitioners are not acceptable by the RPSC Ajmer, a reasoned order may be passed and a copy thereof be sent to the petitioner by registered post. AD. 4. In case the decision on the representation for demand of justice goes adverse to the petitioners, liberty is granted to the petitioners to apply for revival of the writ petition by filing a simple note. 5. Consequent upon dismissal of the writ petition, the stay petition, filed therewith, does not survive and the same is also dismissed.
