ORDER : Arijit Pasayat, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Leave granted. 3. Considering the peculiar facts of the case, we direct that the rate of interest shall be 6% instead of 9% as was directed by the Delhi High Court. This rate of interest is being fixed in view of the undertaking given by the appellant that the amount due shall be paid along with interest @ 6% per annum within 10 days. If the amount is not paid within the stipulated time, the rate of interest shall be 9%. 4. The appeal is disposed of accordingly. 5. No costs.
