Judgment 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel tor the Bihar State Land Development Bank. 2. The retiral benefits of the petitioner have not been paid in full because of some allegations pending against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced this Court an office order dated 24.1.2005 issued under the orders of the Managing Director of the Bank by Vigilance Officer informing the petitioner that he furnishes Indemnity Bond for the due amount then the entire balance dues of the retirement benefits shall be paid to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the Bank submits that the contempt petition be disposed of in view of the aforesaid stand of the bank and the petitioner be directed to furnish the indemnity bond if he wants to take payment of the balance due of the retirement benefits. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case contempt proceeding is finally disposed of. It is made clear that in case the petitioner furnishes indemnity bond required by letter dated 24.1.05 then the balance dues of the retirement benefits should be paid to him without any further delay.
