Judgment :- The Chief Justice: This writ appeal has been preferred against the impugned order dated 3-2-2005 passed by the Railway Rates Tribunal, Chennai Bench in I.A. No.1/2005 in Complaint No.1/2005. 2. Ordinarily, a writ petition is not maintainable against an interlocutory order and it is only when a final order is passed by the Tribunal like the fourth respondent herein that the petitioner, if aggrieved by that final order, should challenge that order. The petitioner can, in that petition, take all the grounds which he has taken in this writ petition. With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage. W.P.M.P. No.4685 of 2005 is closed.
