Judgment ( 1 ) HEARD the learned counsel for the parties. ( 2 ) WE would like to take up this matter for hearing in chambers on 7-3-2005. ( 3 ) IN the meantime, it is directed that so far as the petitioner Sanjiv kumar is concerned, he shall not be arrested and no prosecution against him shall be filed by CBI except by the leave of this Court.
