Judgment Nirmal Yadav, J. 1. Learned Counsel contends that the petitioner is in jail since July 2004. The petitioner is a young man of 23 years. It is contended that from the medical evidence of the prosecutrix it is apparent that she was habitual to intercourse. It is further argued that the trial is going to take long time. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is released on bail to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Yamuna Nagar.
