Judgment Prakash Tatia, J.-Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is against the alleged illegal construction of water channel for which petitioner raised his grievance by submitting an application before Tehsildar, Pilibanga on 04.09.2004. The report was called and according to petitioner, in report, it has been clearly mentioned that the water channel is not recorded. The petitioner placed on record the copy of his complaint dated 04.09.2004 alongwith report. The petitioner submitted several representations to the concerned authorities including to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pillibanga, the Chief Engineer, IGNP Bikaner and to the District Collector, Hanumangarh, but no action has been taken. 3. In view of the above facts, the writ petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to the learned District Collector to inquire into the matter through any of the Officer who is competent to pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioner and matter can be referred either to Tehsildar or to Irrigation Officer who are incharge for construction of the water channel. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of . Copy of this order may be submitted by the petitioner to the District Collector, Hanumangarh and learned District Collector may pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of one month thereafter.
