ORDER 1. It appears from the order dated 15-2-2005 that the earlier decision in h Indian Aluminium Co. Ltd. V. CCEI following which the impugned order has been passed by the Tribunal, has not been appealed from by the Department. In view of the decision of this Court in CIT v. Narendra Doshi2 we do not entertain these appeals. 2. The appeals are, accordingly dismissed but without any order as to costs.
