JUDGMENT : 1. Having examined the affidavit of Dr. (Mrs.) R. Dalwani, on behalf of the High- powered Committee [for short, "the Committee"] as also the minutes of the Eleventh Meeting of the Committee on Maintenance of Minimum Flow in the River Yamuna held on 6th January, 2005, the Committee is granted time up to 15th April, 2005 for further examining the issues and preparation of the Report;by it on the aspect of the minimum flow of water. The Committee would also consider the affidavits that have been filed subsequent to the passing of the order dated 24th November, 2004. The Report shall be filed by 15th April, 2005 and the matter listed thereafter in the month of April, 2005, on a non-miscellaneous day.
