ORDER 1. Permission to file SLP is granted. 2. Leave granted. 3. Inasmuch as the impugned order passed by the High Court is at one stage of the contempt proceedings which is a matter primarily between the court and the" alleged contemnor, we are not inclined to issue notice to the private parties arrayed as respondents. 4. The High Court has by its impugned order dated9-2-2005 directed the presence of the appellant to be secured by non-bailable warrants. It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has already made appearance in the High Court on 21-2-2005 and the next date appointed is 15-3-2005. He also states that certain directions were made by the High Court which have been complied with by the appellant. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, that part of the order which directs the presence of the appellant .to be secured by nonbailable warrants is set aside. The appellant shall continue to appear in the High Court unless exempted from doing so. 6. The appeal be treated as disposed of.
