JUDGMENT : An affidavit has been filed in response to the earlier order of this Court giving details of the present status regarding the steps taken for protecting women on the streets in Delhi by the Delhi Police. It now remains for the State (i) to identify shelter homes for rape victims and (ii) to give publicity preferably through electronic media of the steps taken by the Delhi Police as shown in the affidavit, within a period of six weeks from date.
