JUDGMENT : Ashok Bhan, J. Respondents i.e. telephone authorities raised a bill of Rs. 73,602/- as against the telephone bearing No.22026 and Rs. 54,212/- against telephone bearing No.23336 respectively. Appellant, being aggrieved, filed a writ petition in the High Court which has been disposed of by the impugned order. 2. The High Court has ordered that on deposit of Rs. 50,000/- in two installments in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each within a period of four weeks, the respondents be strained from disconnecting the telephones afore-mentioned. This order has been passed without prejudice to the rights and contentions to be raised by the appellant. 3. In our view, the order passed by the High court is just and appropriate and does not call for any interference. 4. The Civil Appeal is dismissed with no order as to costs.
