ORDER 1. This petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of HMA No. 38 of 2003, titled as Lalit Kumar Arya v. Asha Rani, pending before the District Judge, Karnal, Haryana, to the court of competent jurisdiction at Delhi on the grounds that she is staying with her old parents at Delhi and she is not having sufficient means to attend the court proceedings at Kamal, Haryana. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent husband stated that the distance between Kamal and Delhi is not much. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we think it is just and appropriate to allow the transfer petition; Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed and HMA No. 38 of 2003, titled as Lalit Kumar Arya v. Asha Rani, pending before the District Judge, Kamal, Haryana, shall stand transferred to the District Judge, Delhi, who may hear the case himself or assign it to a court of competent jurisdiction. 4. No costs.
