I have heard the parties through their respective counsel. This is an applilcation filed by Shri Moirangthem Ibomcha Singh praying for pre arrest bail in connection with FIR Case No. 1 (2)05 VPS u/s 420/468 and 470 IPC. On careful perusal of the materials before the Court, it appears that the accusation as against the applicant is well founded. I do not find any special reason for allowing the applicant to go on pre arrest bail. Accordingly, this application is hereby rejected. This rejection will not, however, stand on the way of the applicant seeking for regular bail before the competent Court as and when he is entitled to seek regular bail in accordance with law.
