ORDER 1. Heard learned Solicitor General for India and also Shri Ranjit Kumar, AC. 2. The Union of India seeks further review of our order passed on 9-12-2002. The matter is concerning construction of buildings in one Plot No. 30 of the Central Vista of the Defence Department in New Delhi. Out of the total area of 21.80 acres, an area of 5.348 acres has already been built up a long time back. Regarding the remaining area of 15.932 acres, one portion is going to be used for construction of the DRDO building over an area of 6.2 acres. It is submitted by the learned Solicitor General for India that in this plot, construction work would be carried out only to an extent of 1.55 acres and the remaining area i.e. 4.65 acres would be kept as green area. As regards the rest of the plot of 9.732 acres, there would be construction over an area of 25% and the rest of the area i.e. 75% would be kept as green area. This clarification is made in view of the order passed by this Court on 9-12-2002. This review petition is disposed of accordingly, in modification of our earlier order.
