ORDER : 1. With reference to the order passed by this Court on 9.12.2004 in I.A.Nos.27 & 34,the learned counsel appearing for the Managing Director so respondent Nos.4 to 8 - Companies states that the counter affidavit filed in I.A.No.27 in response to the prayer for taking action under the Contempt of Courts Act, can be treated as the counter to the notice issued by the Court on 9.12.2004 and no separate counter needs to be filed by them in that behalf. Post the matter on Thursday, 17th March, 2005for giving necessary directions regarding sale of the properties as a first step.
