Judgment Prakash Tatia, J.-Heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the mutation order was passed by the Tehsildar, Jodhpur as at that time, the land in dispute was falling within the Tehsil Jodhpur. It is submitted that now the land in question in within the jurisdiction of Tehsil Luni which was earlier sub-tehsil only. 3. In view of the above, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the directions issued in the order dated 24.02.2004 passed by this Court in S.B.C.W. Petition No. 892/2004 may be modified and the directions may be issued to the Tehsildar, Luni to comply with the order dated 24.02.2004 as in the writ petition, directions were issued to Tehsildar, Jodhpur who was party therein. 4. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the directions issued in the order dated 24.02.2004 to Tehsildar, Jodhpur be read as directions to the Tehsildar, Luni. The petitioner may appear before the Tehsildar, Luni on 25.03.2005.
