Judgment :- The Hon'ble Chief Justice: This writ appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment of the learned single Judge dated 18.2.2005. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant and we find no merit in this appeal. The appellant was permitted to open a xerox cum lamination shop in the premises of the Regional Transport Office, Coimbatore. In our opinion, the appellant was only a licensee of the premises and not the owner or lessee. It is well settled that a licensee has no right, unlike a lessee, who has a right in the land. Since the petitioner has no right, she cannot maintain the writ petition or writ appeal, which is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently WAMP No.1371 of 2005 is also dismissed.
