Judgment :- M. KARPAGAVINAYAGAM, J. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed before this Court a Circular dated 8.4.2005 issued by the Inspector General of Registration, who has instructed the District Registrar, Kumbakonam to return the documents which have been registered, to the party, which documents are the subject matter of the proceedings under Section 47-A(1) of the Indian Stamp Act. This is recorded. In view of this Circular, no further orders are necessary in this petition. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General would submit that similar instructions will be given to all the Registrar Offices of the State of Tamil Nadu. This statement of the Additional Advocate General is also recorded. 3. When the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. W.P.M.P. is also dismissed. No costs.
