In view of the observations made in paragraph-14 of the order dated 3.8.2005, the Review application is allowed and order dated 29.7.2005 is modified to the extent that copy of the W.P. (C) No. 5416 (A.P.)/2005 aong with records shall not be transmitted to the Itanagar Permanent Bench, Naharlagun. Consequently, the impugned order dated 20.6.2005 Annexure-4 to the writ petition) shall remain suspended till the subsequent listing of the case for disposal. 18. List W. P. (C) No. 5416 (A.P.)/2005 before appropriate Bench in the next week. 19. It has been indicated that the applica tion filed on behalf of the respondent No. 5 in the main writ petition for vacation of the or der dated 29.7.2005 shall also be listed along with the main writ petition. 20. A copy of this order as well as a copy of the earlier order dated 3.8.2005 passed by this Court shall be kept in W. P. (C) No. 5416 (A.P. )/2005. 21. Liberty is also granted to the learned counsel for the parties to make a mention of the matter before the Hon'ble the Chief Jus tice. 17.
