JUDGMENT Hon'ble B.C. Kandpal, J.- This criminal revision filed by Sri Ram Kumar Gupta chellenging the order dated 17.11.2002 and 17.01.2000 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/IIIrd Fast Track Court, Dehradun and IVth A.C.J.M. Dehradun respectively. 2. During the pendency of the revision, both the parties have filed affidavit before this court that they have entered into compromise and the opposite party Sanjeev Kumar Singhal has received an amount of Rs. 85,000/from the revisionist. 3. The affidavit showing compromise between the parties has also been filed by the parties before the court. 4. This court directed both the parties to be present personally on the date fixed. 5. Today both the parties are present alongwith their counsels before the court and both the parties have agreed that they have entered into compromise. Opposite party Shri Sanjeev Kumar Singhal has also conceded this fact that he has received an amount of Rs. 85,000/- from the revisionist and now he does not have any grievance "against the revisionist. 6. Keeping in view the fact that both the parties have entered into compromise and now the opposite party does not have any grievance against the revisionist, I am of the view that the said compromise deed be placed on the record and the revision be decided in terms of the compromise. 7. The revision is accordingly decided in terms of the compromise deed dated 03.03.2005 which shall form part of the order. 8. However, incase if the amount of fine which has been deposited by the revisionist before the court below, can be withdrawn by him.
