JUDGMENT Arguments heard on the application filed for anticipatory bail under section 438 of CrPC in Crime No. 368/04 of P.S. Dewas Gate, Ujjain for the offence punishable under section 420 of IPC. The prosecution case is that the time of filing of the application for the post of Patwari, the applicant has filed the certificate of Diploma of Computer Application from the Institute known as Big Byte. That the alleged Diploma certificate of Big Byte was forged. The main accused in the case is the proprietor of Big Byte. The applicant assures that he will fully co-operate in the investigation and produce all the documents before the Investigating Officer. The applicant is student of B.Com. 3rd Year. Looking to the nature of the allegation against him, he deserves relief of pre-arrest bail. The application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Applicant be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing the bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) and surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Police Officer affecting his arrest in the case.
