Judgment :- The Chief Justice: This writ appeal is filed against the impugned interlocutory order dated 23-3-2005 passed by the learned single Judge in the writ petition filed by the appellant. The learned singled refused to grant the interim relief on the ground that that would tantamount to allowing the writ petition itself. We do not see any infirmity in the impugned order passed by the learned single Judge. The learned single Judge, in our opinion, was perfectly justified in refusing the interim relief as that would be granting the very final relief in the writ petition, which has been deprecated by the Supreme Court vide STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH v. RAM SUKHI DEVI (2005 [1] LW 340). 2. The appeal has no merits. It is dismissed. Connected WAMP No.1483 of 2005 is closed.
